  • Front Office Management: All front office processes such as recording guest check-in and check-out, printing or folio and bills, payment- total and advance, flat discounts, ID scanning, document management, rack rate management etc. can be effectively accomplished within this easy to use module.
  • F & B Management: This easy to use module enables the businesses to smoothly carry out the management of various hospital components including bar, multiple outlets, reception, restaurant. room services, etc. among others.
  • Banquet Management: The hotels can manage all banquet operations such as bookings, catering, etc. with the banquet management module integrated with the software.
  • Guest Relationship Management Module: This module helps the hotels to maintain cordial relations with their guests. The complete information of the guests can be stored here and the integrated email and SMS systems allow information sharing and communication with the clients/ guests.
  • Payroll Management: Management of payroll, staff attendance, leaves, duty assignments, employee data along with the salary generation and PF/ESI calculation are effortless and timeless tasks with improved performance with this module in the software.

Room inventory view for one month and more is enabled within the module to facilitate room bookings. This module also allows the cancellation of the bookings as well. Group check in and check out with group rate, discount and settlement applicable on such bookings can also be managed. Printing of guest registration card for advance booking and check-in is also possible here.
  • Inventory Management: This module facilitates purchase order management, direct purchase/issue management, vendor management along with other inventory operations.
