Purpose of the Service

We provide free Asset Management Tool so that you can manage, track and renew your infrastructure in an efficient way – by getting rid of excel and manually managing your infrastructure. We will continue to innovate this tool to make your life easy going forward.

Your Account

You need to create an account on Techjockey’s website in order to use Asset Management Tool. To create an account, you must be 18 years old and provide truthful and accurate information about yourself.

Your employer or manager might have given you or your IT manager admin access to the tool. If you are using or logging into an account assigned to you by an account owner, he / she might be able to disable your account without our involvement.

You should not share your account name and password with others. Please keep your password confidential, and try not to use it for other tools and websites. If you believe that your account has been compromised at any time, please change your password or reach out to us for help.

Modifications and Terminations

We plan to update Asset Management tool on a regular basis to offer a great user experience. We, therefore, reserve the right to modify our tool at any time, with or without notice to you. For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or terminate a particular feature altogether.

Use of the Service

You can use this tool to manage IT infrastructure for your personal use or your business.

You will not use the tool in a manner that violates any laws, infringes on anyone’s rights, is offensive, or interferes with the tools or any features on the Sites (including any technological measures we employ to enforce these Terms).

Using our tool does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to the content you access.

Prohibited actions

You will not use or launch any automated system, including, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that send more request messages to our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably send in the same period by using a conventional browser. You will not use the tool in any manner that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs any of our websites or interferes with any other party's use of the tool. You will not use the tool for any purpose or in any manner that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement

If we (in our sole discretion) determine that you have acted inappropriately, we reserve the right to terminate your account, and take appropriate legal action.

Intellectual property rights

This is an Agreement for use of the free Asset Management tool provided by Techjockey Infotech Private Limited, and you are not granted a license to for use of this service by this Agreement. This tool and its features are protected by intellectual property laws, they belong to and are the property of Techjockey and we retain all ownership rights to them. You agree not to copy, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on Content of Techjockey in whole or in part except as specifically authorized in a separate written agreement.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide free tool with reasonable care and promise to make sure you find it useful and relevant. However, we don’t promise any specific about the tool.

For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within the sites, the specific function of the tool, or their reliability, availability and ability to meet your needs.

Additional Information

As we will continue to augment this tool, we may modify this agreement at any time so we request you to check regularly. If you continue to using this tool, you agree that you are comfortable with the revised terms or you may stop using the tool at any point of time as per your convenience.
