The sector is measuring member engagement through <strong>open rates, click-throughs<\/strong> and <strong>website views<\/strong> but it is recognized that a more defined way of measurement is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Organisations continue to have very <strong>mixed views<\/strong> about the performance of their CRM system and feel it prevents them from fully meeting members\u2019 expectations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Just under two-thirds<\/strong> of organisations have integrated their website and membership database\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.techjockey.com\/blog\/crm-software-list\">CRM system<\/a> though, once complete, many have been left underwhelmed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Four in ten<\/strong> organisations are likely to replace their CRM system over the next 12 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>42%<\/strong> organizations would probably <strong>recommend their CRM system<\/strong> and the company that supplied it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. <strong>Sector specific news and content<\/strong> \u2013 Most common feature of association and membership organisation websites<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Most organisations offer self-service facilities such as <strong>updating personal information<\/strong>, <strong>member joining<\/strong> and <strong>e-newsletter registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
