“I did payment with razorpay upi on thingsbits.in website and money was successfully sent to razorpay account
But merchant did not recieve it and order failed
Now it has been 15 days each day i raise dispute on their website to refund my payment
they respond with automatic e-mail
And when you call their customer care number it says automated message of overload and cut your calls
Never use them To transfer money If your merchant is using it contact them and ask them to not use it
If they want to keep you as client”
