Responsibility

You will majorly focus on -
  • Strategizing the content work and the for the website, social- platforms, campaigns and internal communication
  • Creating interesting blogs, post, articles etc. Ability to change a ‘boring-content’ to a concoct content.
  • Editing / proofreading content of their team members.
  • Periodically providing marketing team with relevant social media content that drives traffic, improves customer engagement, increases leads and sales.
  • Develop and adapt compelling copy for a wide range of deliverables —Web copy, Social Media, Digital campaigns, print, ads and more.
  • Responsible for writing daily copy creating/editing of assigned documents including company proposals, presentations, brochures, and other collateral, whilst working within defined timelines.
  • Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website.
  • Lead other more junior copywriters when necessary. Develop templates & processes to aid scale and provide continuity.
  • Hone your craft. Use best practices and data-driven feedback to evolve and perfect your message.
  • Create storyboards and content marketing campaigns.

Requirement

When you write content, you think about how it will be consumed. You understand how desktop vs. mobile and push vs. pull affects the way people read and retain information. You're skilled at telling the same story across multiple channels in a way that's integrated, yet optimized. You’re skilled at translating features into benefits, crafting messages with emotional resonance, and figuring out how to make them stick. Your audience takes action because of your words.

What you will need to be :
  • A team player who will lead other junior copywriters when necessary.
  • Highly adaptive, ability with under pressure while being calm.
  • Excellent researcher  – ability of think out of box.
  • Familiar with different styles of writing.
  • A Quick learner and able to work with deadlines.
  • Having an experience of 1 years above.(We appreciate young achievers as well)
  • Startup experience is a plus.
