Your major focus will be on:
  • Generating revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements.,
  • Hands-on experience in Cold calls, Lead Generation, Qualified leads, Identifying opportunities, IT inside sales and operations
  • Creating and maintaining pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the company. (Lead nurturing & Management)
  • Conduting market research on various companies to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision-makers and effectively reaching-out to them. (Market Research & E-mail Campaigning)
  • Collaborating, communicating and engaging with marketing & pre-sales to ensure optimum customer engagement
  • Building up the vertical segment by engaging with clients/ consultants in that vertical (either FMCG / Medical/ hospitality segment).
  • Achieving revenue goals as per targets assigned by management.
  • Engaging with various OEMs regularly.
  • Achieving targets of Revenue generation from OEM alliances.
  • Onboarding new OEMs in hospitality vertical and ensure proper engagement.
  • Should have excellent knowledge on HRMS Solutions like Greytip HR, Keka etc.


You'll need to have :
  • 0-3 years of experience in software sales/IT insight sales/operations and end to end sales with a track record of steadily increasing responsibility in sales or customer growth.
  • The ability to be ready to take initiatives.
  • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) approach.
