Users with registered businesses can purchase goods from merchants on the platform to satisfy their business needs. Users are not permitted to utilize any products acquired through the platform for resale, advertising, business, or further distribution.

“Customization enabled chatbot”

Pros : I was just all over the place after launching my new website. I had taken care of all the necessary do’s and don’ts but then also my business was lagging behind. Techjockey’s customer care executives suggested C-Zentrix CZ Chat. The software not only solved my problem but also allowed me to customize the chatbot as per my convenience and brand image.

Cons : I have not faced any issues as of now.

“Efficient reports”

Pros : I was looking for a chatbot software that would not only help me to enhance my business but also assist in training my staff. C-Zentrix CZ Chat records all the chats and calls that are made through it. It provides timely reports as well, enabling me to keep a check on my agent’s behavior and also use the recordings for further training purposes.

Cons : I have not found any major problem with the software. However, the UI needs some improvement.

“Useful for lead generation”

Pros : It’s the customers and potential leads who will help your business to rise. After using C-Zentrix CZ Chat on my website, I am really satisfied with the results. The active chatbot keeps my customers engaged and convinces them that they are interacting with a real business website.

Cons : It crashes at times, and it really becomes difficult for my agents.
