Recipe costing is a smart application, which helps to manage a restaurant business. It keeps an eye on the expenses and the profits made by the restaurant. There are only two users on this application, i.e., the admin and the staff members. Without the permission of the admin, staff cannot access it or make changes. This application helps in keeping a track of all the vendors, the recipes, food categories, etc. Through this application, one restaurant branch can transfer all the information to the other.

Features

With this feature we can create two type of Users one is Admin and another one is Staff. The reason for creating two type of Users, once Admin created for the particular Branch from there Admin will create Staff user. Staff will not have permission to create any kind of user and not even to update their own personal information without Admin. Creating Users and updating their personal information will done by Admin only and Admin can set permission for the created users.

This feature is used to Create Vendor while creating Name and Owner of the Vendor, Address, Unique Id for the Vendor, Contact Information been created. Once information created we can view Vendor Information from View Vendors.

Under this three type of Categories listed, Food Category, Menu Category and Recipe Category. In Food Category the name and details of the Food will be available as like food category the other two category contains the same information i.e. name and details of the category. The last one is Item Location, in this name of the location and the details of the location will be available.

This feature is used to manage Food Items, while creating Food Items Food Category, Name Details, Unit Price, Measure in, Quantity, Expiry Date, Alert Days, Vendor Details. Expiry date must set to create food. Once Expiry date created, in Alert Days we can set how many days before the alert should display on Dashboard.

In this feature, we can transfer food from one branch to another branch. To transfer first we have to select the from branch when we select the branch it shows the food present in that branch with no.of.quantity then select food which want to transfer and no.of.quantity and then place the request.

This feature as same as like Inventory receive the only difference is in Inventory Receive we receive from any of the branch and in Invoice receive we receive from vendor. If we receive inventory from vendor the simply we can see and accept it.

To create order first give the name for the order then the order details and select vendor from which vendor you have to purchase and select the inventory which is available with the vendor and place the order. It also shows the recent order placed with the selected vendor and if you want to repeat the order you can repeat the order from the recent order list no need to create the order again.
