With a monthly plan, you can cancel your Erply account at any time and you will not be charged for the next month.


Q. Will my monthly subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your Erply subscription will automatically be renewed until you let us know that you'd like to change your plan or cancel your account.


Q. Can i get software demo?

A personal demo is a web demo of Erply (via webex) with one of our experts. The demo takes 30 minutes and consists of a walk through of the product as well as answers to any questions you might have. Our personal demo experts are in New York, and therefore personal demos are usually available during regular business hours in New York (Eastern Daylight Time).


Q. Who can access our retail data?

Your data is accessible only to your authorized personnel. In cloud servers, only encrypted data is handled for backup and transfer purposes. Please note that many retail software providers opt for the most cost effective web hosting providers and virtual servers. Erply is not one of those. We rent physical servers in highly trustworthy server parks. This means your databases are not pooled with other retail companies or adult entertainment sites.
