“Payroll process made simpler”

Pros : Managing the salary of the entire organization was a difficult task. But after using this software I can now manage the entire salary of the organization in just a few clicks. It also integrates leave, attendance, bonus, etc. which is an added advantage.

Cons : Overall the software performs quite well but the customer support team needs to be much more active and helpful. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed soon.

“Self-onboarding”

Pros : I know how tough it is to personally check each and every detail of an employee during the process of onboarding. But after getting to use the software all the hassles have vanished, as all the essential documents of the new joinee is safely stored in the software. This makes it easy for them to upload and check their necessary documents and details before and during onboarding.

Cons : I expected the software to be equipped with a ticketing support feature but that was surprisingly missing. I am sure they will get it in the next update as professional solutions are achieved with the help of ticketing systems.

“FactoHR provide a new level of experience”

Pros : All things considered, following 4 years of utilization I can just disclose to you that don't give a qualm and take it the product board. The mentor will control you altogether and quickly. They will clarify every module is subtleties.
