“Poor Customer support team, systems changed and changed from purchase time promises.”

Pros : Not satisfied

Cons : I have brought many of my company to this software as the features were available to link with ICICI Bank. But later ICICI Bank got disconnected with Hostbooks software, creating a lot of discussion with the uninformed customer care department. In the end, they told me to write an email to Grievance but there was also no use. This software is in a primitive stage of development and not sure whether it will sustain in the market if it continues this unprofessional attitude. Now I have two bank accounts for the same account number. Synchronization stopped with ICICI (Which is projected in their website). Direct payment stopped (Again this is publicized in the website). I am planning to move to some proven software if I find the feature I am looking in cloud accounting.
