Q. Is there any after sales support provided to users?

Organyze customers get free e-mail support for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Q. If I buy some Organyze licenses now and then buy additional licenses at a later date, how will the licences bought at a later date be priced?

You will get the advantage for the Organyze licenses bought earlier. For example, let’s assume a case where you bought 25 licenses of Organyze three months ago and want to purchase 25 more licenses today. We will calculate the new cost based on the combined number of old and new licenses. If you already own Organyze licenses and wish to purchase additional licenses please contact us at marketing@organyze.com to receive ordering instructions.
