Users with registered businesses can purchase goods from merchants on the platform to satisfy their business needs. Users are not permitted to utilize any products acquired through the platform for resale, advertising, business, or further distribution.

“Great Employee Motivator”

Pros : I really wanted to make my office a different place from the usual ones. Xoxoday Empuls has helped me in that. With this software, I can see some real-time changes in the attitude of my employees towards the work assigned to them. Moreover, through effective conversation tracking solutions and a unique Pulse Survey feature, I am able to measure the sentiment of my employees.

Cons : The problem that I personally want to highlight is that the software does not update the deals on a regular basis. Also, I am unable to change my primary mail ID, which has now become a huge problem.

“Corrective measure”

Pros : The software has literally helped me in planning and executing my daily operations with ease. The friendly user interface of Xoxoday Empuls has made it all possible. The software also has a powerful Continuous Feedback feature that has helped my employees get better with their work.

Cons : The Insight tab feature of Xoxoday Empuls is very helpful but adding some more detailed views would serve a better purpose as a whole.

“High engagement rate”

Pros : I got to see some real-time changes in my employees’ mindset related to their work ethics. I noticed a commendable rise in the employee engagement rate after we installed Xoxoday Empuls. The Rewards option provided by the software is really nice.

Cons : Sometimes, we do face certain technical issues but they get resolved quickly.
