Amdocs and Oracle Comes Together to Help Customers Drive Growth

Amdocs and Oracle are teaming up to expand their global collaboration, aiming to support customers in their transition to the cloud and digital adoption using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Together, they plan to provide comprehensive support and services to make cloud transitions smoother, optimize operations, and open up new business opportunities for their customers.

The collaboration involves combining Amdocs’ software with OCI’s cloud platform, which will benefit service providers by enhancing operational efficiency, agility, and innovation. The two companies are focusing on the telecommunications and media industry, enabling service providers to migrate Amdocs classic applications to OCI.

This move will empower them to offer innovative cloud-based services, fostering growth and customer loyalty through swift and flexible interactions at scale.

This extended partnership allows Amdocs customers to take advantage of Oracle’s extensive cloud services and capabilities, including solutions for core network, OSS/BSS, and IT modernization. It also provides flexibility in terms of data residency, data sovereignty, and security, with access to Oracle’s public cloud regions and OCI Dedicated Region, supporting various customer needs.
