Bharat Founders Fund Backs 45 Early-stage Startups Since its Inception in March 2022

Bharat Founders Fund (BFF), an investor for early stage ventures have backed over 45+ startups over 9 months. This includes startups from the angle to seed stage with an average investment close to $100,000.

The investor group which comprises 70+ successful Indian entrepreneurs from different industries have invested across varied sectors like SaaS, Edtech, Fintech, Ecommerce & more. Recently, BFF has made investments in AI platform for infrastructure investment – Accacia and a SaaS platform called UserStudy, to name a few.

“BFF has dramatically reduced friction for founders to access experienced operators and other successful founders. In the formative stage of a startup, getting task-relevant and timely advice from experienced founders can determine the slope of a startup’s trajectory.” said Maanav Sagar, Co-Manager at Bharat Founders Fund.

BFF plans to invest in another 50-80 companies over the next few years. In addition, they are focused on creating a resource library, system for mentoring as well as a networking platform to help Startup Founders in the first two years of their business journey.
