Needle, an AI marketing platform based in Singapore, recently secured a total of US $1.2 million in funding during its pre-seed round. The funding was led by Iterative, a prominent investor, and included contributions from Goldbell Financial Services and Ethos Fund. Additionally, the round attracted the participation of angel investors, such as JJ Chai, the founder of Rainforest.
The newly acquired funds will be utilized to grow Needle’s workforce, including data science, AI training, and engineering experts.
Needle assists ecommerce brands in maximizing their marketing efforts by leveraging data analysis from multiple platforms. The platform offers tailored suggestions and automates campaign development, leading to cost savings and enhanced return on investment for businesses.
According to Kiyan Foroughi, Co-founder of Needle, emerging brands face the challenge of reaching customers through various channels & different platforms. He said, “At Needle, our aim is to assist entrepreneurs in tackling this complexity by eliminating distractions, providing valuable insights from their data, and guiding them towards the areas that deserve their attention.”
A recent study conducted by the Boston Consulting Group reveals that generative AI has rapidly become an integral part of essential marketing operations. The research indicates that the majority of participants, approximately 70%, have already integrated this technology into their practices. Moreover, an additional 19% are currently in the process of exploring and experimenting with generative AI in their marketing strategies.
