“Fantastic tool by IBM”

Pros : An execution sign in html position gives definite data of the activities, confirmations, and screen captures with timestamps. Fast reaction and great help. IBM discharges visit updates to deal with client needs and fix issues. A strong item assessor, broad practical library and playback screen.

Cons : Would have to clean previous installations or reinstall Java if there were errors.
