“Thank you Coinmama for your incredible customer support”

Pros : Coinmama’s support team is very much responsive, with instant replies. They take the time to understand the customer’s queries and find ideal solutions to troubleshoot in due time. It also seemed to me like the app’s customer support staff has knowledge of what they are ought to do. They understand cryptocurrencies really well. That’s the cherry on top!

Cons : Coinmama’s trading features are generally too simple. I believe it was made keeping newbies and part-time traders in mind. For professionals like us, things are not that advanced here.

“Coinmama is a brilliant place to learn about crypto and earn from it”

Pros : I love Coinmama’s educational panel. It helped me learn a lot about how blockchain works and how cryptocurrencies have a direct intertwined relationship with the metaverse. So, the entire crypto thing is made clearer for the average audience. That’s I think a major element in making people more educated about technology.

Cons : Why in the world does Coinmama doesn’t have all the available cryptocurrencies in the world? Its collection is too small as compared to others. Please add new coins.

Pros : In my opinion, CoinMama is the best exchange for a crypto newbie to buy their first digital coin. Coinmama has simplified the buying procedure, explained it thoroughly, and the money is delivered as fast as lightning. I got my first Ethereum on Coinmama and buying experience was a breeze. I recommend Coinmama to all crypto enthusiasts like me.

“Coinmama’s credit card acceptance makes it a superstar app”

Pros : Not many crypto exchanges accept credit cards. Coinmama is different. It not only accepts bank transfers, wire transfers, and credit cards but also a variety of other payment methods, making the procedure easier and faster. Even credit card payments give users ownership of digital coins immediately. That’s a revolution.

Cons : The only drawback of Coinmama is that the fees are a bit on the higher side of the expensive spectrum, compared to other contemporary crypto exchanges.

Reason to switch : I was looking for exchanges that accept credit card payments. That’s why switched toCoinmama.

“Coinmama has been a gamechanger in the crypto world”

Pros : Considering the fact that you are buying crypto with a credit card, the interest fee is too nominal. Even if you are buying in bulk, the interest rates don’t hurt in the long term because crypto coins often give twice the returns of the annual interest fee in just 24 hours. So, you can literally pay back the credit before 45 days, and avoid paying the interest

Cons : The verification process on Coinmama is pretty strict, I must say. It’s literally an annoying experience sometimes, especially if you are in a rush to trade and the markets are going out of control. Getting stuck in the verification process in such stages can lead to missed profit opportunities. I hope they will solve this issue in the future.
