“My go to loyalty tool”

Good software. Setting up Relo was easy, and since I'm not very good with technology, creating campaigns, setting up loyalty rewards, and tracking results was done in minutes with the help of the team. The best part was the support. The team was quick to help, whether via chat or call. They made sure I understood how to get the most out of Relo.

Pros : Reelo runs in the background, bringing customers back without extra effort. Personalized offers, automated reminders, and a loyalty program that works—no more guesswork. The insights help us see what’s driving repeat business. Simple, effective, and worth it.

“I have had a great experience with Reelo,”

The pre-sales and post sales support that we get are amazing!. The gap is literally bridged with the help of this software for people like us and the customers we have.

Pros : The best part about the product is that I really have increased the retention rate with the help of the app.

Cons : The discounts are more alluring to the customers but I'd rather give loyalty bonus as such the software provides with both the features.
