New Delhi: Rupyz, an integrated SaaS-based platform for B2B e-commerce, has successfully raised $1.2Mn in the seed (initial) funding round, with Merak Ventures, taking the lead in the investment. Multiple angel investors also took part in this funding round.
The capital raised by Rupyz is going to be utilized for enhancing its mainstream technological offerings, with a focus on developing solutions that are tailored to the ever-changing requirements of SMBs.
Rupyz was co-founded by Akshay Gupta, Dhaval Radia, Palash Lunia, and Gourav Gupta in 2019. The platform offers a digital infrastructure to facilitate brand digitization and expansion of distribution channels both offline and online.
With this, Rupyz plans to onboard more than 3,000+ businesses within the next 2 years. This Gurugram-based firm offers an omni-channel solution that connects more than 250,000 retailers, over 6,500 distributors, and 85 brands nationwide, promising a 20 to 30 percent improvement in their operational efficiency and ROI.
