“Corporate tool—okay if you have talent in-house”

I shifted from smaller SCM tools to Blue Yonder for global chain management. It handles processes end-to-end. But configuring vendor-level tolerances or custom EDI flows required in-house experts or costly consultants.

“Scheduling app is almost unusable”

We switched to Blue Yonder Workforce Management for shift scheduling. The idea sounded good—but the mobile app kept failing to display shifts. We couldn’t log hours, and support said an update was months away. Painful.

“Not intuitive, but gets easier over time”

I switched from Oracle SCM tools to Blue Yonder, expecting smoother workflows. While the initial experience was terrible—menus felt unintuitive—it does become manageable with time. And then they update, and you miss the old version.
