“Completely customizable”

Pros : I was looking for a software that will let me manage my business efficiently without any unnecessary hassles. Bonita BPM provided me with exactly that. It has a completely customizable UI for the end-user needs that has immensely helped me in managing my business.

Cons : The surprising thing that I found out is that the training facility is available only in the paid version of BPM. I expected it to be for the community center for free.

“Great tool for businesses”

Pros : I was looking for a software that would help to manage the automated business procedures and let me focus on the real task at hand. After I got to use it, I am satisfied as it executes the automated processes without any hassles.

Cons : The data modeling feature was missing. Also, I consider the absence of reporting and analytics feature as one of the cons, as I was really expecting it. Hopefully, these issues will be taken care of in the next releases.
