“A great Lead capturing chatbot.”

Pros : BotPenguin is a great chatbot. It works on Facebook, Line, Telegram, and many other social media platforms. Support team listens to feedback and keep improving the product

Cons : Occasionally there are minor issues but they get resolved once you report to their support team. Also more integrations are needed.

“Hiring Automation Made Easy”

Pros : Training a chatbot on custom data and expecting it to be accurate is tough. But that is exactly what BotPenguin does best. In fact, they have a great uptime as a SaaS provider and are very handy in providing on-time troubleshooting. Other good points comprise of easy integration with third-party tools, an omnichannel chatbot and a unified inbox.

Cons : Though it is a nice chatbot , but it still can add more integrations to it's list.

Reason to switch : Being from a recruiting background, we often face challenges like resume analysis, scheduling interviews with candidates, and more, sorting out the right one. BotPenguin has simplified our recruitment process. The chatbot engages with potential candidates, answering FAQs, analyzing pre-interview test scores, sorting out the candidates on a grading system, collecting information, and finally scheduling the interview with the candidate. On the whole, BotPenguin has really helped us automate most of our human tasks and save a lot of time.
