Pros : It integrates with the popular HR systems, making employee onboarding a breeze. and that we can create micro-learning modules in minutes.

Cons : they have limited options to customize profiles.

Reason to switch : Paradiso LMS covering from onboarding to product training and everything in between. So its going totally Well.
