Shipturtle, a software as a service (SaaS) platform, has secured ₹3.5 crore in a seed funding round. This round was led by IPV (Inflection Point Ventures). The company intends to use the funds to improve its technology and extend its customer base worldwide, as stated in a press release by Shipturtle.

Shipturtle was founded by Sharad Kabra. It is a plugin that can easily integrate with popular cart platforms like Woocommerce and Shopify.

The plugin allows brands and marketplaces across various sectors, including hyperlocals, B2B, B2C, and C2C. This helps brands to discover other brands listed in Shipturtle’s brand database and interact with them through a straightforward no-code onboarding process.

Once brands are connected, Shipturtle manages all the processes related to inventory, orders, payments, and products, and helps brands and marketplaces to scale their business with ease.

According to Shipturtle, they have over 750 brands and in over 50 countries to help businesses manage their marketplace.

Shipturtle’s objective is to make e-commerce more accessible for numerous brands by providing additional sales channels beyond giants like Flipkart or Amazon. By using Shipturtle, any brand can easily offer its customers a variety of complementary brands, which can help increase the average order value, conversions, and revenue.
