“I signed up and used the 3-day free trial, after which I made a successful payment to continue, expecting smooth activation. I made a successful payment for [product/service/license], but it’s been over 10 days and I still haven’t received confirmation, access, or any meaningful response from their team. I’ve shared multiple follow-ups, attached complete payment proof from my UPI/bank app, and even reached out on different platforms. Honestly, I’m just sick of this kind of careless service. The lack of support and accountability is unacceptable. It feels like I’ve been defrauded after paying in full and being left without any resolution.
