“Zero-Trust Without Headaches—Perfect for SMEs”

I’m a CTO at a small firm and needed a Zero Trust solution without all the bulky enterprise frameworks. GoodAccess scaled smoothly—SSO, MFA, split tunneling, and device posture—they have it all baked in. Logs and access controls are straightforward and centralized, which simplifies audits. The only clunkiness is licensing: adding users is instant, but removing them still requires an email to support. And with only ~35 server locations, it’s enough for us but not global-heavy setups. Overall, I feel secure without overpaying or over-engineering.

Pros : Zero-trust controls, split tunneling, MFA, centralized logs.

Cons : License cancellation requires email, server count is modest.

Switched from : NordLayer

Reason to switch : Left NordLayer to adopt GoodAccess because it offered strong zero-trust features at a lower price and with simpler user provisioning.

“Simple Setup & Great Support—Our Radiology Data Is Safe”

I manage a distributed team handling radiology data, and GoodAccess let us get secure access in minutes. Setting gateways and inviting users was painless, and my team rarely complains about connectivity. On the rare hardware hiccups, the support team stepped in quickly. One odd thing: a recent macOS update stripped biometric login from the client—but it was restored in the next release. A minor inconvenience, but worth flagging for future updates.

Pros : Easy deployment, stable connections, responsive support.

Cons : Occasional connectivity hiccups, Mac biometric login occasionally removed.

Switched from : AWS Client VPN

Reason to switch : I switched from AWS Client VPN to GoodAccess for its faster installation, simpler UI, and personal customer support that actually responds quickly.

“Static IP & Reliable Access—No More Port-Forwarding Hassles”

I switched to GoodAccess after getting tired of configuring OpenVPN on my own server. Now, I get a static IP and easy access to internal resources without messing with router settings. The web dashboard is clean and intuitive—adding users and managing gateways took just a few clicks. I seldom need support, which speaks for how well it works. That said, I'd love more gateway locations in Asia, and I miss having a kill switch to prevent accidental leaks. But overall, it’s a real time saver for our team.

Pros : Static IP, intuitive dashboard, minimal maintenance, reliable connectivity.

Cons : Limited server locations, no kill switch.

Switched from : Seld-hosted VPN

Reason to switch : I moved from a DIY OpenVPN setup because I wanted a turnkey solution that didn’t need constant server upkeep or port forwarding headaches.
