“Works Well for Small Churches and Donor Management”

For our small church, it’s perfect and what we use works very reliably. The software isn’t too complicated and fits our needs well.

Pros : It’s easy to use for smaller teams, and the donation tracking is strong, year-end statements are painless.

Cons : Some bells and whistles are missing that larger churches might want.

Switched from : Neon CRM

Reason to switch : I moved from Neon CRM because Servant Keeper was more affordable and offered direct attendance and member tracking alongside giving.

“Fantastic Support but Some Legacy UI Pain Points”

The onboarding was supported by recorded webinars and personal help, which made adoption easier for our volunteers.

Pros : Their help desk and onboarding support made the transition pretty smooth, they helped us when we needed it.

Cons : Some interfaces still feel outdated and could benefit from UX improvements.

Switched from : Shepherd's Staff

Reason to switch : Shepherd’s Staff didn’t offer the same level of live support or breadth of features, so moving to Servant Keeper helped our office work faster.

For the budget we had, Servant Keeper delivered a wide range of church management tools that helped streamline operations.

Pros : It’s reasonably priced considering the many features membership management, attendance tracking, giving, and reporting.

Cons : The learning curve is notable for new team members.

Switched from : Tithely

Reason to switch : Tithe.ly was strong for giving but lacked the depth in membership and attendance management that Servant Keeper has.
