Pros : Their customer support is one of the best parts of Servant Keeper, whenever I’m stuck, the help desk is patient and answers thoroughly.

Cons : As someone not tech-savvy, I still find navigating some menus confusing at first.

Switched from : Faithlife

Reason to switch : I switched from Faithlife because even though its app features were nice, Servant Keeper offered better core church management tools and more personal support.

Reason to switch : I moved from Church Community Builder because Servant Keeper offered stronger giving reports and a more robust member directory for our growing congregation.
