Pros : (1) It is updating its software as and when and mostly a new update every 2-3 weeks. (2) It has all features a modern-day HCM tool provides and is needed for day-to-day activities (3) User-friendly with better user experience. (4) Mostly customizable and highly configured multiple modules.

Reason to switch : It has many modules making my activities goes easier and comfortable such as: Product Employee Management Leave Management Time & Attendance Payroll Management Recruitment Management Off Boarding Performance Management Expense Management Employee Engagement Rewards-Recognition Learning & Development HR Help Desk
