Safe and easy to use but refund issues.

“Easy but Needs Better Support”
Easy and fast but needs better support.
Pros : Billdesk is super popular and really easy to use. It's great for quick payments and you can integrate it with lots of systems easily.
Cons : There are many times when payments fail and it takes 2-4 days to fix, which is too long. Their customer support is not good, with no proper ticketing system or helpline.
