“Quickheal uses Bitdefender Security Engine”

Pros : Go to https://www.av-comparatives.org/list-of-consumer-av-vendors-pc/ Scroll down to the table Search for India in the mentioned table Escan & Quickheal both are using Bitdefender Security Engine. 40%+ Market share globally. Where is Quickheal or Escan?? No one knows them out of India.

Cons : Many Hardware reseller are not having any idea and selling antivirus where they earn more.. so as Quickheal & escan are old brands in India.. people are recommending these less secure antiviruses to clients. One has to really look in to this while buying any antivirus.

“Save, easy, but slow”

Pros : I found out that the main function of Bitdefender antivirus is its powerful mechanism for scanning files. After installation, Bitdefender constantly checks your computer for suspicious files, which are included in the list of threats, which it updates almost daily. Powerful scanning is available in all Bitdefender products, even in the free version. If you need to quickly scan a computer, then a powerful Bitdefender scan is ideal, because thanks to its optimized speed, scanning takes the shortest time that I have seen with other antiviruses.I also always worry about my privacy while browsing the Internet, so I was very happy when I saw Bitdefender protection tools, which used to be an exclusive offer of such a big brand as Kaspersky. My favorite feature is to protect your webcam, a device that is becoming increasingly accessible for hackers to infiltrate your privacy. Protecting your webcam from hacking, you can rest easy, knowing that no one is watching you.

Cons : There are of course many advantages of the software, but installation is very long. During operation, constant glitches, system and browser freezes. As you see it is one of key point for me. Yet it has no bugs. But All in alll BitDfender is good if you look for user-friendly antivirus.
