“Versatile and Robust—When Set Up Right”

Docebo powers our multi-channel learning (employees, partners, clients). However, setting up certification logic was frustrating and required trial and error.

Pros : The flexibility to manage different catalogs, learning plans and content types… very happy with the community, which is a great source of inspiration (and troubleshooting as well).

Cons : Certification logics have been particularly hard to understand and required many tries.

Docebo desktop is intuitive, but our learners’ mobile experience is rocky—a real drawback in today’s environment.

Pros : User-friendly interface … support of diverse content formats … customizable learning paths.

Cons : Mobile users struggling to login to and navigate the Go.Learn app with ease.

“Friendly UI with Coach & Share—But Feels Disjointed”

: Using Docebo, our team delivers both formal and informal training (Coach & Share), centralized in one place. Yet managing newsletters and mobile access feel clunky.

Pros : Allows us to deliver training … customizable learning plans… seamless integration with Microsoft Teams.

Cons : Enhanced options for editing and searching sent newsletters, along with improvements to the mobile experience.

Reason to switch : Learning Pool mobile newsletters and in-app accessibility are more polished in our use case.

Docebo scales beautifully and feels modern with AI enhancements and integrations. Unfortunately, costs add up quickly, especially for advanced modules.

Pros : LMS is scalable… interactivity… Generative AI capabilities… integrations… dashboards… intuitive interface.

Cons : Pricing plans customized … can be quite expensive depending… extra features may require additional fees.

“Solid LMS Admin Experience, But Bulk Updates Slow”

As an admin, I love that I don’t need any coding skills. But reporting enhancements and higher-priority bug fixes take too long to roll out.

Pros : Extremely user friendly to administer… doesn’t require technical coding.

Cons : Takes a while for Docebo team to make updates to any given pain point… need a better manager dashboard for supervisors.

Reason to switch : Cornerstone is more proactive with feature updates and offers better dashboards out of the box.

“Beautiful Migration & Branching, But Reporting Limited””

Unifying multiple LMS instances under Docebo was seamless. Branch-based control helped us structure learning well. But for deep analytics, I’m still exporting everything.

Pros : Migration process was a breeze… ability to set up branches… customization and access control.

Cons : Reporting feature… still not robust enough… we have to export raw data into another application.

Switched from : Adobe Learning Manager

Reason to switch : Adobe offers more powerful, built-in reporting that eliminates the need for external exports.

“Support Saves the Day During Migration”

Moving from one Docebo instance to another was a headache—but their support team made it smooth. I wish I could archive courses and have more customizable page widgets.

Pros : The Docebo team was fantastic … their technical experience was a lifesaver” during migration.

Cons : No option to archive courses, only put under maintenance… lack of customization on pages.

Switched from : Moodle

Reason to switch : Moodle allows full course archiving and offers deeper page customization without fuss.

“Customizable, Scalable LMS with Top-Notch Support”

I've been using Docebo for enterprise-wide onboarding and learning programs. Tailoring it to reflect our brand and automating workflows has saved us heaps of time. The support staff are friendly and responsive, making it a joy to manage.

Pros : Docebo is highly customizable — both in how it looks and how it functions… The automation and API options save a lot of admin time… The support team is also exceptional.

Cons : Instructor-Led Training (ILT) management still has some limitations on the admin side… there’s no built-in automation for session-level enrollment.

Switched from : Cornerstone Learning

Reason to switch : Cornerstone offers more mature ILT workflows with built-in session automation, reducing admin work compared to Docebo.

“Logical, Growing Platform with Community Support”

I love that Docebo evolves and communicates regularly via the community. But notification management and content versioning still need improvement.

Pros : Features currently meet most needs… development team listens … recent changes enabled batch unenrollment and archiving … Docebo Community is a friendly place.

Cons : Notifications feature has significant drawbacks… not all entities can be duplicated… no real way to retire a course.

Reason to switch : Litmos provides stronger notification controls and better version management for content.

“Clean Interface but Some Limitations Surface”

I appreciate Docebo’s modern UI and sorting capabilities. Still, small UI constraints significantly hamper productivity at times.

Pros : Docebo has a very clean and usable interface… reporting functionality is very robust.

Cons : Many constraints… experience degraded… prevents Docebo from reaching its full potential.

Reason to switch : LearnUpon delivers a similarly clean interface with fewer limitations on admin workflows.
