“Lobby chaos is gone and check-in now flows smoothly”
At our headquarters the reception area used to be a bottleneck: paper sign-in sheets, manual host notifications, and security concerns. After implementing Eptura Visitor we now have visitors pre-registered, kiosks that issue badges and host alerts automatically. Our front desk team is much happier.
Pros : The platform delivers intuitive check-in kiosks, QR code pre-registration, digital logbook and real-time visitor tracking.
Cons : On very busy days we occasionally found loading time delays and some lag in the interface.

Reason to switch : We switched because the old process was manual, error-prone and didn’t scale across our multiple sites. Eptura Visitor offered unified digital check-in, audit logs and real-time visibility which aligned with our growth.

“Reliable performance, though we found some feature-gaps”
We’ve had Eptura Visitor running for over a year and overall, it’s reliable. Occasional slowdowns occur when many visitors check in simultaneously, but for the most part it handles our traffic well.
Pros : Very easy to set up and can view all sites from a single portal and view visitor logs.
Cons : the program needs internet connection

“Solid choice but check out cost and feature-fit”
For our large enterprise environment Eptura Visitor is a strong investment. That said, if you’re a smaller site with simple requirements you should review whether you need all features and monitor cost. Implementation still required process change and training.

“Security controls stepped up with good for access-sensitive sites”
In our secure facility we needed to ensure every visitor was screened, logged and either cleared or flagged. With Eptura Visitor we established digital workflows: hosts approve invites, watch-lists block restricted individuals, and security sees live dashboard. It gave us peace of mind.

“Remote pre-registration and mobile workflows make life easier”
Because our offices span multiple floors and remote-sites, I appreciated that visitors can be pre-registered, get a QR invite and check in via mobile or kiosk. Our hosts get notified and the front desk sees everything in one dashboard. It removed many manual steps.
Pros : The tool supports mobile QR codes, remote registration, kiosk or mobile check-in and real-time host alerts.
Cons : A few visitors had trouble with the QR workflow when their phones had connectivity issues, so fallback to kiosk was still needed.
