“Centralized Training with Gamification”

iSpring helped me centralize training, feedback, and knowledge sharing—and gamification increased engagement. Still, I’d love easier HRIS integration and export options.

Pros : Clean and easy to understand UI… feature-rich internal Knowledge Base Tool… gamification… continuous improvements.

Cons : Missing some integrations like Slack or HRIS like Personio; Knowledge Base lacks PDF export.

Switched from : Docebo

Reason to switch : Docebo had more integrations, but its interface felt cluttered, unlike iSpring’s cleaner experience.

“Easy Course Building with PowerPoint Integration”

Being able to convert my slides into interactive courses without reformatting was a huge time-saver. But syncing audio in videos was tricky and needed better guidance.

Pros : I could use the iSpring plugin in PPT … use iSpring LMS to host the course as well.

Cons : Voiceover alignment with the video was especially difficult… better tutorials would help.

Switched from : Moodle

Reason to switch : Moodle required manual content uploads with no seamless PowerPoint integration like iSpring offers.

“Clean, Complete, and Easy to Implement”

Getting iSpring up and running was painless, and I could manage multiple departments smoothly. I just wish setting up learner groups was more flexible.

Pros : Very complete solution… easy to use… implementation is easy and smooth.

Cons : Branching and groups setup is sometimes limited.

Switched from : Litmos LMS

Reason to switch : Litmos was functional but harder to configure; iSpring was more intuitively structured for fast deployment.

“Very useful platform!”

Pros : it is very useful, especially for product training and compliance training follow-ups. it has really saved our time and made each and every employee to be covered with ease

Cons : should have provided more options for content showcase options.

Reason to switch : It really helped in tracking and covering all the employees particularly in compliance trainings.

“Affordable with Strong Support”

I was pleasantly surprised by iSpring’s balance of cost and functionality. Easy to set up and even performs well on mobile—but advanced features do carry extra costs.

Pros : User-Friendly Design… Excellent Customer Service… Competitive Price… quick course setup… mobile functionality.

Cons : Reporting and customization features have some limitations; add-on costs add up.

Switched from : TalentLMS

Reason to switch : TalentLMS was cheaper but missing key features; iSpring gave better base functionality for fair pricing.

“Fast Support and Smooth Resolution”

I’m impressed by how quickly iSpring Learn resolves issues—I once mistakenly deleted user data but had a detailed report back within minutes. It gave me confidence in using the LMS day to day.

Pros : I received my first reply within 15 minutes! … It did not take them 24 hours to solve my problem.”

Cons : It's hard to say what I don't like… only been working with the system for a short time.

Switched from : TalentLMS

Reason to switch : TalentLMS offered good usability but lacked that level of rapid, hands-on support that iSpring provides.

As a small-business owner, I loved how quickly I could get training online—uploading and organizing courses was effortless. Yet I wished for deeper reporting options.

Pros : Simple and intuitive to use … super easy to upload our existing training material.

Cons : Limitations with the reporting capabilities.

Reason to switch : Adobe was powerful but over-engineered for our needs, while iSpring gave us automation and ease without complexity.

Managing iSpring is a breeze: the UI is modern, support is always available, and managing users is simple. Legacy standards like xAPI aren’t supported yet, though.

Pros : Intuitive and modern interface... simple user management... 24/7 technical support.

Cons : No xAPI, PENS, or LTI support.

The support is phenomenal—always available, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A few features are missing, but when I reach out, the team is responsive and effective.

Pros : Support team is unrivaled… live chat is always there, always friendly.

Cons : A few functions are missing.

Reason to switch : Absorb offered features, but its support felt impersonal. iSpring’s attentive service made a strong difference.

I appreciated that iSpring connects with our CRM and Zoom, scales affordably, and lets us manage an unlimited number of learners easily.

Pros : Seamless integrations… with CRM, HRIS, video conferencing… flexible pricing… unlimited users.

Reason to switch : LearnUpon had good automation but lacked the smooth integrations that iSpring automatically supports.
