“Amazing Platform ”

Pros : peopleHum is a very well built AI-enabled Human Capital Management Platform which enhances the employee experience as well as supports all your needs from an HR perspective. It's simple to use, robust, advanced AI-ML enabled analytics board gives you statistical representation all over the organization. The UI is very well presented and is absolutely hassle-free due to its pillar-like structuring which divides data and usage based on hiring, nurturing, engaging, managing employees. It's a breeze to use, and serves the purpose and utility on point. With remote working coming in to play, it stands ahead of all modern applications of Human Capital Management at this point in time. Not just being the Best HCM platform, it is a great value for money product across the globe in this domain.

Pros : The inception of peopleHum comes from the fact that the Head of Engineering of SuccessFactors with more than 30 years of experience joined us to create the next level of HCM and peopleHum is his journey of moving away from clunky legacy software to something that’s more new-age and agile and uses the power of AI and ML to enhance HR processes. Now, what differentiates us from the rest of our competitors is that all our modules talk to each other and gives you an integrated solution rather than functioning in silos

“Best HCM platform”

Pros : This platform provides the best customer support and the UI is very user-friendly. It takes care of all the requirements of all organizations. It uses AI and ML technology to provide analytics which helps in decision making. The performance management is very extensive and it also provides OKR platform.

Cons : I have not encountered any part of the platform that has created any problem for me and my team.

“peopleHum a one stop solution ”

Pros : We've been using peopleHum for the past 1/.6 years and loving it's extremely easy to use interface. The automation and robustness of the product will definitely make it stand out from the rest.

Cons : The hierarchical representation of entire employee data can be critical to some organization but it can be altered from the backend settings of peopleHum

“User friendly HCM platform”

Pros : Good Maintenance of Database and User-Friendly and the workforce is very user friendly. Here we can manage all our employees, timesheets, Invoices & much more. Since a year am using the tool.

Cons : Really nothing to complain about. It does what it says it does, the cost is very reasonable for what it offers and it is constantly developing features.

“One platform for everything people”

Pros : Been using peopleHum for more than a year now and this platform keeps exceeding my expectations in every way. Takes care of every aspect of your employee lifecycle at each phase. Very easy to use and super-efficient. Especially impressed with the kind of data it generates in terms of employee performance.

Pros : Ease of access. The analytics part of the platform is really nice and easy to understand with the use of compact visual representations and infographics. The quality delivered is top-notch and the cost is reasonable

Cons : Payroll is the only feature which isn't there but easy integration makes the process easy

Pros : The platforms does everything form hire to retire... It has performance evaluation, huddle, OKR's, resume parser as well as docu-sign, and much more. The pricing is an add on

“The Best HCM platform!”

Pros : -Best is the analytics feature, it gives me a whole overview of the platform

Cons : -Nothing from an operational point of view. Doesn't include Payroll, it can be integrated though

Pros : Very easy to use. Hiring automation on point. Performance reviews very easy. Detailed reports are available. Customer support is great.
