Cons : Sometimes it stops working due to browser issue, rest the dasboard is easy to use

“Excellent Social Media tool.”

Pros : Access to all communications from different networks and searches in a single inbox The scheduling calendar and the ease of viewing things for the upcoming weeks and months The support's response The clear design, which allows me to obtain reports and move on. Effective onboarding and training.

Cons : As with any developing platform attempting to keep up with all the social network changes, there are a few bugs. - It would be beneficial to add YouTube and paid social
