“Troop Messenger brings the teams closer!”

Pros : Troop Messenger serves the diverse internal communication needs of the work teams. It lets them talk, chat, screen share their project work with the cross-functional teams. It never allows them to switch between different apps to discuss work-related things. Instead, it is the hub for providing many advanced messaging capabilities, audio-video group conferencing with Jointly-Code facilities, and offers many work productive features to conclude work communication faster. It has an impressive UI with immersive UX! This tool helps you make use of the wallpapers feature to change the background of the chat area. We haven’t found such a feature in any other collaboration tool. Moreover, the latest inclusion of the dark theme facility in its mobile app for Android and iOS adds value to the product.

Cons : We have been using it for two years and never had found any issue with its performance.

“Troop Messenger is an alternative to Email!”

Pros : It is cost-effective when compared to other collaboration tools of the market. Our teams have started relying more on Troop Messenger and less on Email to check work requirements and updates. Troop Messenger works pretty fast, and it’s productive to share the same workspace to discuss projects between cross-functional teams. • Audio-video group calling with screen share and jointly-code editor • Chat area filters to separate attachments from text conversations • Simple-to-use admin dashboard • The seamless user onboarding process • Unique collaboration feature stack • Integrations and more

Cons : Cons: We have never faced any issues with its interface or the service providers. It is working perfectly fine for us!

“One workspace to chat, call and meet!”

Pros : We are using Troop Messenger for our chain of Hospitals for one year. It helped us stay connected all the time with its chat, group calling, and audio-video conferencing abilities from various remote locations of the globe. Moreover, it has a good number of time-saving features that make our conversations happen faster than any other collaboration tool that we used earlier. We liked the features of Airtime groups and Fork out as they would allow us to send information to a large number of our staff in just one go.

Cons : We are looking forward to having a meeting recording facility in audio-video group calling.

“Everyone can use Troop Messenger”

We are able to send bulk messages to multiple users and groups without creating a separate group. During the pandemic, it helped us meet through its audio-video conference. The best part is that you can add users to the on-going call. With the Zapier integration, we are able to connect with our daily right within Troop Messenger without the need to switch to multiple apps.

Pros : Whether you’re a startup or a defence organization, Troop Messenger provides secure end-to-end communication with the world’s best security protocol. We have never found any data breaches taking place while using this product. We have been using its self-hosted edition and it is completely satisfactory.

Cons : Honestly, I never found any issues with Troop Messenger.

“Works best for all kinds of team collaboration!”

Pros : Apart from having all the team collaboration features, it has many time-saving filters for retrieving text messages, images, videos, users, groups, etc., separately from the chat area. For more security, one can integrate LDAP/SSO into the Troop Messenger.

Cons : Waiting for the meeting recording facility Chat area filters are hidden.

“Team chat app with full data security”

I've been using troop messenger application for my daily team communication in my office and I had a good experience with it. The interface feels simple and easy to navigate and I mainly use this app for discuss internally with my team and for file sharings

Pros : Easy to use interface with a smooth messaging with quick delivery and focus on security and data privacy. Also recently I'm using the AI for quick replies as it is very nice and helps alot.

Cons : I didn't found any major issues so far, but there is a slight delay in message delivery in desktop compared to the mobile version

Pros : Security is the strongest part of Troop Messenger. Chats are encrypted, and I can create private groups for sensitive discussions. File transfer is smooth, and the desktop and mobile apps work well together.

Cons : Fewer integrations compared to bigger platforms like Slack. The UI could be a little cleaner.

Cons : I didn't face any technical glitch so it is a perfect tool.

Reason to switch : Troop Messenger has a great feature that lets you add any participant while the session is still running. Never discover any trouble in scheduling meeting, cancelling, or updating it.
