“Troop Messenger brings the teams closer! ”

Pros : Troop Messenger serves the diverse internal communication needs of the work teams. It lets them talk, chat, screen share their project work with the cross-functional teams. It never allows them to switch between different apps to discuss work-related things. Instead, it is the hub for providing many advanced messaging capabilities, audio-video group conferencing with Jointly-Code facilities, and offers many work productive features to conclude work communication faster. It has an impressive UI with immersive UX! This tool helps you make use of the wallpapers feature to change the background of the chat area. We haven’t found such a feature in any other collaboration tool. Moreover, the latest inclusion of the dark theme facility in its mobile app for Android and iOS adds value to the product.

Cons : We have been using it for two years and never had found any issue with its performance"

“Troop Messenger is an alternative to Email!”

Pros : It is cost-effective when compared to other collaboration tools of the market. Our teams have started relying more on Troop Messenger and less on Email to check work requirements and updates. Troop Messenger works pretty fast, and it’s productive to share the same workspace to discuss projects between cross-functional teams. • Audio-video group calling with screen share and jointly-code editor • Chat area filters to separate attachments from text conversations • Simple-to-use admin dashboard • The seamless user onboarding process • Unique collaboration feature stack • Integrations and more

Cons : Cons: We have never faced any issues with its interface or the service providers. It is working perfectly fine for us!

“One workspace to chat, call and meet!”

Pros : We are using Troop Messenger for our chain of Hospitals for one year. It helped us stay connected all the time with its chat, group calling, and audio-video conferencing abilities from various remote locations of the globe. Moreover, it has a good number of time-saving features that make our conversations happen faster than any other collaboration tool that we used earlier. We liked the features of Airtime groups and Fork out as they would allow us to send information to a large number of our staff in just one go.

Cons : We are looking forward to having a meeting recording facility in audio-video group calling.

“Works best for all kinds of team collaboration!”

Pros : Apart from having all the team collaboration features, it has many time-saving filters for retrieving text messages, images, videos, users, groups, etc., separately from the chat area. For more security, one can integrate LDAP/SSO into the Troop Messenger.

Cons : Waiting for the meeting recording facility Chat area filters are hidden.

“Appropriate communication tool”

Pros : On-premise delivery model available and Live location tracking feature is also provides. Amazing Security standards.

Cons : Troop Messenger has no cons or issues as of now.

“Brilliant tool”

Pros : Admin controls Video conference Live location tracking

Cons : We never had a reason to report issue, so I believe there are no cons

Reason for choosing the software : Our teams are performing well since they don’t have to shift between multiple tools doing multi-tasking. Troop Messenger offers every required feature so our teams are working on single UI which enables them to concentrate more on their jobs & responsibilities.

“Excellent tool for small businesses.”

Pros : Troop Messenger is full of features with a combination of unique features. After using this tool for so many months I felt any industry from small to large companies can use it. My team is immensely satisfied with this tool.

Cons : Sometimes in windows version you may face some issues like screen lacking but again its like 1 in 100 times otherwise I have no cons to mention.

Reason for choosing the software : After using so many tools we finally stopped in Troop Messenger. We using it in office for communication, chat, file sharing, bulk messages and many more. So after experiencing this tool I am really enjoying it.

“Efficient collaboration between team members”

Pros : The software has a friendly user interface. All my team members get to connect with each other in a seamless manner. The features like splashboard, burnout and group chats need special mention as they are very helpful in enhancing team collaboration.

Cons : Troop Messenger relies on decent network connectivity, and at times it gets a bit slow. Else, it’s just the right collaboration tool for my dynamic team.

“Effective live location tracker”

Pros : I basically work with team members who are constantly on the move. Troop Messenger’s live location tracking feature helps locate my fellow teammates in real-time. Nowadays, I simply need to send them a request to share their live locations, right from my smartphone and the work is done seamlessly.

Cons : Initially, I faced difficulty in figuring out how the software's group feature works, however it’s doing great now. Also, the file-sharing feature of the software needs to be faster.
