Cancellation Policy

Have you changed your mind about an order you placed recently with us? You can cancel your order until it hasn't been confirmed. If your order is confirmed from our end, you won't be able to cancel it.

Here How You Can Cancel:
  • Login to your Techjockey account
  • Go to Account Settings
  • Select the appropriate order from My Orders
  • Click on Cancel for the product you want to cancel

As soon as you cancel an order, we will send a confirmation of cancellation to your registered email address. Also, the status of that particular order will change to 'Cancelled., If your purchase contains more than one item, the entire order needs to be cancelled; you can't cancel individual items of an order.

Refund Policy

If you cancel an order that was placed via NEFT, you need to share your bank account details to initiate the refund. However, it is important that we receive your NEFT payment, else the refund is not applicable. You will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

If you opted for 'Online Payment' while placing the order, the amount paid will be credited directly into the source bank account within 2-3 business days from the time of order cancellation.

In case of payment made by Cheque, we will issue refund after the amount has been credited in our account. However, if the cheque has not been presented in the bank, we will simply cancel it and send you the soft copy.

Q. When can I cancel my order?

A. Make sure you cancel your order before it has been confirmed at our end. Once an order has been confirmed, it will not be eligible for cancellation any further.

Q. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

A. If you had opted for the online mode of payment, the amount will be refunded within 2-3 business days from the time of payment. However, the refund process may take 7-10 business days from the time of cancellation in case of NEFT or offline payment.

Q. Will I get complete refund for the order I've cancelled?

A. Yes. We truly appreciate your choice and impose no cancellation charge. We refund the entire amount for a cancelled order

Q. What should I do if I don't get my refund in the promised time?

A. We work quickly towards initiating the refund for cancelled order. On the off chance that your refund has been delayed, feel free to connect with us via email or phone. We'll try finding the reason for delay instantly.

Q. Can I cancel only part of my order?

A. Unfortunately no. You can't individually cancel items in an order. The entire order needs to be cancelled.

Q. Why I can't see the cancel button against my order?

A. That simply means the the product has already been confirmed and you can't make any cancellations now.
