EnableX is expecting to make revenues of $3 to $5 million in FY 2024, after having already grown 50% YoY in the last two years, as per a top executive of the SaaS based startup. This growth is accelerated by newly introduced CPaaS business majorly generating from Indian telecom operators.

Pankaj Gupta, Founder and CEO, EnableX, said, “Approximately 50% of the revenue will originate from sources outside of India. In the next three years, we anticipate growing to be the largest CPaaS (Communications Platform-as-a-Service) partner for telcos.”

EnableX, currently has written agreements with over 10 telecom carriers to whom it provides communication functionalities including video API, voice API, and others. It is further planning to grow its partnership with over 50 telecom carriers.

The SaaS startup has received less than $1 million from overseas investors in pre-seed funding and is going to raise more funds in future, if required. As per the chief executive, a major Indian telecom company has merged this bootstrapped business capacity to provide video as a medium by its own communication suite.

EnableX has its headquarters in Singapore. The business is planning to expand in Middle East region in Quarter 1, FY24 in order to cater to its East European customers. Gupta even indicated in a statement that they will cover market of United States by the year end!
