GetWork, a SaaS-based company with its headquarters in Gurugram, recently received $7 Mn in pre-series-A funding from NVS Wealth Managers, Artha Venture Fund, and Samarthya Investment Advisors. Famous angel investors & founders like Saurabh Garg, Pravin Agarwala, and Shuchi Kothari participated in the round.

GetWork, a B2B SaaS-based platform designed for college graduates came into existence in 2019. This platform was designed with the aim to place all college graduates into startups as well as corporates. GetWork bridges the gap between college students and their placement. GetWork helps create profiles for every student and maps job opportunities available for them based on individual experience and skill sets.

In March ‘21, Artha Venture Fund conducted a seed round in which GetWork raised 2 Crs. As they introduced ‘GetWork Club’, where students could access services including resume writing, upskilling classes, mentorship programs, as well as products, GetWork’s recent traction increased dramatically.

Responding to this news, Rahul Veerwal (Founder, GetWork) commented, “Over 42,000 colleges and training schools add 1.2 crore fresh graduates to the working population every year. However, there isn’t a single platform that provides specific tools, guidance, and job opportunities to fresh graduates from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges. GetWork’s placement platform and GetWork Club focus on solving this massive problem. This funding round brought onboard an exciting set of investors who will help us scale the GetWork platform pan-India over the next 18 months.”
