Shipyaari is an enabler related to B2B (Business to Business) logistics that provides solutions from placement of order to return and completion. Nayan Ratandhayara, co-founder & CEO of the company says that Shipyaari provides access to a complete suite of analytics pertaining to each carrier that are unified in a dashboard.

Each carrier may have their own protocol for integration and data management, but Shipyaari has standardised these integrations to help carriers optimise routes and improve operational accountability.

Shipyaari is a Mumbai-based company that works with national carriers like Bluedart, DHL (Dalsey Hillblom Lynn) and works with players regionally with no fleet. The company coordinates points for transit, provides stakeholders fintech, makes sure transit and capex insurance are right, and provides a loan to sellers through a hypothecation process.

Ratandhayara claims that fintech has improved the regularity of dealings, allowing stakeholders to keep up their business. This has ensured movement of commodities continuously with 15-18% gross margins in the business segment. Shipyaari charges distance per unit and weight of packages to be transported and has a 20-28% margin on the platform.

The B2B company has a top line of USD 4 million and is profitable, which is booted to the founders. It has grown 60% CAGR in the last five years, which was accelerated by Covid-19.
