A US based startup called Houseware raised $2.1 million in a seed funding round to help everyone in SaaS firms to generate more revenue with the use of their data. The funding round led by Tanglin Venture Partners saw participation from Better Capital, GTMfund, and renowned angel investors leading the top SaaS businesses such as Stripe, Snowflake, Zendesk and others.

Houseware is planning to use the fresh fund to expand its team, customer base as well as strengthen its alliances with partners such as Snowflake to upscale its services and offerings.

Divyansh Saini, Co-founder & CEO of Houseware said, “Many SaaS businesses are reaching maturity but they lack the cross-functional data they need to make rapid progress. We want to empower them to do that.”

As per her own diagnosis of the problem in running her SaaS business, she highlighted how key decision makers lack speed and access to useful information they need to grow the business. In relation to this problem, Houseware’s solution is to provide functional teams with access to critical data for themselves instead of relying on data teams to create a report.

Houseware is currently on a hiring spree for engineering and design talent in India and is also looking to double its workforce this year!
