“Strong Freight Tendering Platform That Could Improve UX & Filtering”

I’ve used TenderEasy for daily transport tendering and bidding. For many tasks it works smoothly and helped speed up our process. But when we had high volume of tenders, I found locating specific transport entries or filtering by many criteria slower than I wanted.

Pros : Quickly, I’m satisfied with it, that’s how it should be.

“Transparent Tender Process and Good Carrier Communication, But Late Edits Are Tough”

As logistics coordinator I value how TenderEasy enables inviting multiple carriers, comparing bids and selecting best price. But once the shipment is underway, making late changes in the system can be frustratingly rigid.

Pros : Find truck for huge quantity of our shipments for best price.

Cons : You cannot change order information after it has been shipped.

“Great For Mid-Sized Logistics Operations, May Need More For Large Complex Firms”

My company runs medium-scale freight operations; TenderEasy provided a good fit. Real-time status and load/tender tracking gave us better control. If I were at a global 3PL with thousands of shipments per day, I might need additional modules.

Pros : It can inquire the delivery information, and I can know the status of the goods.

Cons : For large volumes or very complex flows, I felt some limitations. (Inferred from multiple reviews about system complexity)

Reason to switch : I switched from a high-cost global suite that was overkill for our volume. TenderEasy provided sufficient capability at more reasonable cost.
