“Stable Admin Features and Department Control, Slightly Overwhelming Options”

I enjoyed the autonomy for different departments to manage their own courses. Yet, the vast configuration options occasionally felt overwhelming.

Pros : Courses are easy to setup and administer… separate our global network of trainers… administer their own courses.

Cons : There are so many ways to configure courses and curriculum that sometimes it gets a little confusing.

Reason to switch : Moodle allows modular control with simpler configuration, reducing admin overload.

“Excellent Support and Smooth Onboarding, Minor Feature Gaps”

The onboarding process and support team were invaluable in helping me adapt Absorb to our workflows. Although it lacks a few niche features, chances are they’ll come down the line.

Pros : They were always available and patient with anything we needed.

Cons : Some features we would like to use have not been developed yet but we are able to put them on a list for future iterations of the platform.

Reason to switch : Cornerstone provides more out-of-the-box features without needing to wait for future development.

The platform’s interface is clean and responsive. Yet, advanced integrations, especially with ADP, and detailed reporting are limited.

Pros : Clean, intuitive user UI… Snappy admin and reporting experience.

Cons : Default reports lack useful refinements… ADP Integration lacks access… cannot sync users from multiple ADP instances.

Reason to switch : Litmos delivers richer integration options and more advanced filtering in reports.

“Powerful Reporting and Custom Options, But Blended Learning Falters”

I appreciated the UI and customization choices. However, managing offline/online blended learning was clunky—and support responsiveness was poor.

Pros : Good User Interface, Good Course Management, Good Learner interface, Good Customisation options.

Cons : Difficult to manage blended learning… Customer Support is non existent.

Reason to switch : Cornerstone offers better blended learning support and more responsive customer service.

I felt well-supported throughout implementation in Australia. Still, the absence of publicly available pricing made budgeting more difficult.
