“Good Scheduling and Dispatching, But UI Could Improve”
Field Promax keeps our daily operations organized. I can see job status, technician assignments, and customer details in one place, which reduces confusion.
Pros : Scheduling and dispatching technicians is easy, and I like being able to assign jobs quickly from the dashboard.
Cons : The user interface isn’t very modern, which can slow down new users.
Switched from : Housecall Pro
Reason to switch : Housecall Pro was powerful but more expensive. Field Promax offered the scheduling and dispatching features we needed at a lower cost.
