“Reliable and industry-trusted but they must work on mobile stability”
I chose Horizon because of its reputation and features. I’ve used it for years and it has rarely let me down. But lately the mobile version feels less stable. I hope the developers fix these bugs because I’d hate to move again after years of use.
Pros : Horizon is widely used by home-inspectors, has strong feature-set, proven track record, and solid customer support.
Cons : There are mobile app issues: slow sync, photo-upload problems, occasional data loss which can be risky for field inspections.

Reason to switch : I may switch in future if mobile-app issues persist, because field stability matters most when photographing and documenting inspections.

“Support is surprisingly responsive when I need it”
Once I had a syncing issue during a busy inspection day. I called support and within 30 minutes they helped fix it so I wasn't delayed. Having responsive support matters a lot when you run inspections back-to-back.
Pros : We appreciate Horizon’s customer support. The phone/emails are answered and help is offered quickly.
Cons : Occasional bugs or limitations (especially with mobile photo-upload or heavy reports) that take time to fix.
