“Easily the Most User-Friendly Inspection Software”
After testing other platforms, Spectora just worked from day one. It’s adjustable, and the automation features save me hours of report writing every week.
Pros : Spectora is by far the easiest home inspection software I’ve used. Navigating the interface and creating reports is intuitive.
Cons : I can’t think of any major downsides, support helps me through anything I’m unsure about.
Reason to switch : Horizon crashed constantly and felt outdated, so I needed something reliable, Spectora delivered.
