“Helpful and insightful dashboard”

Pros : I belong to the logistics management business and maintaining a complete record of customers was becoming difficult for me. After I used this software, all my hassles were solved. Its dashboard is the most helpful one as it is directly integrated with the customer portal of the software for tracking quotation and workflow management.

Cons : Although I didn’t find much negative about this software, the employee and lead management features were surprisingly missing. I hope these two features will be incorporated in the next releases.

“Beneficial for customers”

Pros : The interface of Move4U is quite customer-friendly, which is what any business looks for, to ease out any problems that their customers might be facing. I was relieved to find this software after calling up Techjockey. The feature of raising a request for quotation by customer(s) through a customer portal has helped me immensely in managing my business.

Cons : Surprisingly the fleet management feature was missing in Move4U. Also, I faced certain issues regarding claims in this version of the software.
